Your mission as Head of the Retrofit team would be to lead and mentor an awesome team of A players to deliver the best-in-class end to end retrofit service in the industry for their clients ensuring 100% compliance to domestic and commercial PAS standards.

This role will play a major part in ECO Surv's contribution to deliver a high volume of net zero carbon projects by 2050 - through leading the team as they manage and coordinate high quality domestic retrofit projects, with a world class customer journey for the homeowner and clients in the UK’s housing stock sector. This growth industry is estimated to be worth in excess of £300billion and this is your opportunity to be part of the net zero movement and involved in the process from start to finish.

Essential experience:

- Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor
- Formal qualification of a PM methodology such as, Prince 2 or similar
- 3 year minimum industry specific experience either in the energy, construction, ECO or domestic retrofit sector, including roles but not limited to;
Ø Domestic Energy Assessor

Ø Energy Advisor

Ø Retrofit Coordinator

Nice to have experience:

- Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator
- Qualified OCDEA or NDEA

You will be a big picture thinker with a commercial focus and a deep knowledge of building pathology gained in either construction, surveying, or engineering. A natural and charismatic team leader, you will be highly organized and intuitive when playing to people’s strengths.
