**We’re looking for a Payment Operations Administrator to join us in Bradford**
The role will report into the Payment Operations Manager, the Payment Operations team are responsible for several key areas including end-to-end processing of all financial transactions such as billing, customer payments, accounts receivable, in compliance with supplier accounts, applicable legislation and internal policies.

**What will you be doing?**
- Investigating missing payments ensuring accurate allocation.
- Reducing aged debt by liaising with the business and customers to resolve disputes.
- To ensure accurate and efficient delivery of Payment Operation processes.
- To continuously review current processes, identifying improvements and working with Digital Teams to deliver a solution.
- Reconciling accounts using MS Excel.
- Adhering to quality and compliance at all times.
- Interrogating multiple systems at the same time to complete processes and resolve queries.
**We tend to look for people with**:
Essential:
- Good working knowledge of Excel.
- Flexible and able to pick up new skills quickly.
- Attention to detail.
- Verbal Communication Skills to explain issues.
Desirable:
- Experience working within an Accounts Payable/Receivable Department
- Experience of working with Finance / Procurement systems like Oracle.
- Self-motivated and works on your own initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure & meet targets without compromising on quality
- Interest in Automation technologies

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
