GTC are part of a family of companies owned by BUUK Infrastructure group and we are currently recruiting for a **Regional Utilities Scheduler **to be based in the Woolpit office. As a Regional Utilities Scheduler, you will oversee work requests from Site Managers, ensuring their requests are logged, planned, booked and expedited within GTC’s guidelines.

This role plays a crucial role in guaranteeing our customers’ expectations are met and that we continue to deliver the level of service that our organisation prides itself on. This is a great opportunity if you are an excellent communicator, highly organised and thrive on giving exceptional customer service. We are ideally looking for someone to have worked within a customer service environment and if you have logístical experience, this would be advantageous.

**Responsibilities will include -**
- Ensure customer’s requests are logged correctly on to our in-house booking system
- Schedule the work requests, ensuring the required materials are organised ahead of time and project information is communicated
- Liaise with our Engineers to plan resource allocation for future jobs
- Communicate with Site Managers and Project Managers, ensuring all work requirements are completed
- Prepare and issue job packs to direct and sub-contractor teams in advance of planned work
- Help to maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment in all aspects of your role
