**Role**

As a Utilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of all utility contracts for both commercial and domestic properties. You will liaise with the utility providers to find the best rates for our properties. Whilst managing the contracts for our tenants.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Utilities Coordinator, we are looking for someone to:

- To be responsible for the management of all landlord supplies at multi-let properties
- Ensure accurate meter readings are obtained and provided to utility suppliers
- Assist with implementation of smart meter rollout for our properties
- Collate, check and approve incoming utility charges and arrange payment when due
- Arrange contracts on behalf of the landlord for vacant units
- Notify energy suppliers in a timely manner when a change of tenancy occurs
- Obtain and compare renewal quotes for end of contract accounts either directly or via energy brokers
- Develop an understanding of usage at commercial properties to assist with cost/expenditure forecasting
- Accurately calculate recharges to tenants at commercial properties where necessary

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, higher level of flexibility and strong work ethic with the goal to get the job done
- Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under tight time pressures
- Experience in a planning / coordinator role
- High attention to detail
- Logical mind
