**Join Crown Energy as an Operations Planner/Scheduler in January 2025**

Crown Energy is a leading provider of multi-utility connections, offering outstanding service across a range of commercial and domestic projects throughout the UK. We are on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Planner/Scheduler to strengthen our team.

If you have a passion for planning and scheduling, possess strong organisational skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment. We're searching for an individual who can confidently manage multiple tasks while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee multiple utility companies and contractors for various sites.
- Ensure timely project delivery by clearing daily task lists.
- Communicate with suppliers, developers, and clients.
- Coordinate with utility companies and contractors to obtain client quotations.
- Manage existing client accounts while nurturing strong relationships.
- Effectively plan and schedule work tasks.
- Work both independently and collaboratively across diverse departments.
- Organise site visits and surveys.
- Address and resolve all customer and contractor inquiries.
- Support account managers with ongoing projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations planning or scheduling, preferably within the utilities sector.
- Understanding of multi-utility connections and associated processes would be highly desirable
- Proficiency in relevant scheduling software and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
