**Field Coordinator responsibilities**
Like everyone in the Radfield Home Care team, our Field Coordinators are supportive, positive, honest, warm and committed kind of people.
**Some of the primary responsibilities of the role of Field Coordinator in the Camberley, Farnborough & Fleet area, are as follows**:
- Review and assess the work of our care professionals and provide feedback for training and development.
- Provide hands-on care and support when needed.
- Scheduling of visits to ensure staff rotas are sent on time.
- Visiting clients to assess needs and consult with individuals and families to make informed decisions.
- This role is split between the office and the community.
**Hours of work**:
This position will be on a full-time basis and will be split between remote working and office based. The working hours will equate to 37.5 hours per week, which will comprise of office based duties, remote working and on-call as part of a rota with other staff.
The working days will be Monday to Friday, with some weekend responsibilities as part of the on-call rota.
**What type of person would suit this role?**
We are looking for someone someone who loves working with people, outcomes-focused and always looking for ways to enhance quality of care, while working in an environment that’s busy and fluid.
You’ll need to have previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency at Senior Carer or Supervisory or Care Coordinator level. You’ll also need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as senior caregiver, senior care worker, senior support worker, healthcare assistant, senior home care assistant, senior carer, care coordinator, field care supervisor and senior care home worker.
