About the Job

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth organisation and planning of appointments for the servicing and repair of equipment for our Field Service Engineers. You will be required to effectively communicate between customers and the Field Service team. This is a fast-paced role that contributes towards our company strategy of delivering the ultimate customer experience.

This role will predominantly be based in our Camberley Office; it is a full-time position.

The Key Tasks Include:

- Undertake regular contact with the Service Managers and Field Service Engineers to ensure all jobs are communicated correctly, especially all urgent requests.
- Planning and daily management of Field Service Engineers work schedules to include arranging engineers travel arrangements as and when required.
- Daily management of ad hoc entries for engineers work schedules e.g. holiday, sick, car services.
- Administration of Service Agreements (contracts)
- Ensure that spare parts and other relevant equipment required for the job are available on customer site in time for service visit.
- Manage and control the shipping of tools in order for the service/job to be completed.
- Send method statements and risk assessments to customers and engineers in advance of scheduled service.
- Carry out regular housekeeping on the SMS system.
- Housekeeping / filing of all relevant job paperwork in the job file location.
- Ensure all critical information is updated in the system in advance of invoicing.
- Backlog management of jobs and invoicing duties.

You are a very organised individual with the ability to prioritize your work efficiently and effectively. You enjoy working in a fast-paced role with a proactive planning element in order to deliver timely support to customers and colleagues. You are able to multitask but maintain great attention to detail throughout. You have great interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with both customers and your work colleagues. You work well individually as well as part of a team.

What you know
- You have previous Customer Service Experience.
- You have a good level of IT competence, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn & continually work with unique software systems.
- Preferably you have some experience in scheduling.
