Our client, a high-end soft furnishings brand based in Northumberland, is looking for a Marketing Communications Executive to join their Marketing team.

As Marketing Communications Executive, you will work directly with the Marketing and Communications Manager to formulate the companies marketing communications plan and ensure it is implemented consistently across all marketing channels.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Marketing Comms Manager to develop the marketing strategy inline with international sales strategy.
- Plan, deloy and promote high end marketing literature, sales material, web content, content for presentations, etc.
- Support and execute social media strategy by creating and commissioning social media content and coordinating and scheduling posts.
- Create first class content fit for brand and audience.
- Act as brand guardian ensuring each brand is accurately represented at all touchpoints.
- Continuously monitor UGC from influencers, micro influencers and community selecting posts for inclusion and engagement.
- Build and maintain reports to deliver a robust pre and post campaign analysis of all activity.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure online and social media photo shoots align visual imagery with wider marketing strategy.
- Use Google Analytics, Hoote Suite and other relevant mediums to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Assist in conducting online and offline market & customer research.
- Monitor competitor marketing communications activity and campaigns.

**Skills & Experience**:

- At least 3 years work experience with a proven track record in marketing communications.
- Mix of broad marketing skills and preferably (but not essential) specific knowledge of online marketing in an online retail environment.
- Proven background in driving sales via marketing engagement.
- Fluent & attractive writing skills.
- Photography skills.
- InDesign or Photoshop skills.
- Image and copy accuracy.
- Sound commercial judgement.
