As a Sales Advisor in our Total Waste Management (TWM) division, your goal is to drive new business growth and build long-term client relationships. You’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, finding new opportunities, engaging with customers, and ensuring they get the best waste management solutions available.

**What you'll be doing**
- Pursuing new business: Research and identify potential clients, generate leads, and seize sales opportunities.
- Building strong relationships: Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions that make their lives easier.
- Creating compelling proposals: Develop tailored presentations that showcase the value of our services.
- Smashing targets: Set ambitious sales goals and go above and beyond to exceed them.
- Collaborating with the team: Work alongside operations and customer service teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Staying ahead of the game: Keep up with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
