We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team at our private members club, Little Ship Club, situated in a stunning location next to the river in Central London, Upper Thames street.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the service of all food & beverages in absence of the F&B Manager
- Work Duty Manager shifts as and when required
- Be passionate about food, beverage and customer service, seeking to ensure that the highest standards are met at all times
- Organising and delivering events and functions to the required standards
- Run conferences and DDR's
- Take responsibility for stock control, including ordering, acceptance, maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation, and report &return of any sub-standard items
- Actively manage and encourage your assistants ensuring that company expectations are adhered to at all times.
- Carry out training as required ensuring that your team have the skills needed to excel

**Skills & Experience**:

- Flexible and adaptable
- Ideally 2 years previous experience in a comparable restaurant, conference and events
- Experience in Private Member Clubs would give a distinctive advantage
- Have a good knowledge of food and wine
- Good communication skills and an excellent command of the English language
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Experience with organising and delivering events
- Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate
