HR Administrator

**Are you a good decision maker, and have a good eye for detail?**
The HR officer will provide a transactional HR service to Ingeus UK. You will manage the administration of HR tasks raised via the HR Service Now platform working inline with SLA agreements. You will have strong organisational and IT skills with the abilityto deliver quality work in a high volume environment.
**Accountabilities**
- Processing transactional HR requests received via the HR Service Now portal i.e. starters/leavers/contractual changes in line with agreed SLA’s
- Issuing HR correspondence for all transactions throughout the employee lifecycle journey.
- Respond to all employee reference requests in line with agreed SLA’s.
- Run monthly sickness reports to review absence data, highlighting any sickness triggers to line managers
- Managing staff members leaving and returning from parental leave by running weekly parental reports
- Run ad-hoc reports from the HR system and provide HR data as and when requested
- Carry out checks of your own payroll entry plus additional payroll spreadsheets highlighting any issues to be resolved
- Promptly respond and resolve any queries raised by the Payroll team around monthly payroll submissions
- Ensure accurate employee records are maintained on CIPHR and electronic personnel files, in order to meet both statutory and company requirements
- Complete weekly data checks to ensure all personal and job related data is accurate and there are no gaps in information
- Manage mailboxes and respond to queries professionally and timely
**Knowledge/Experience**:
- Experience in a similar role is essential.
- Be comfortable working with defined processes and using tracking systems and tools that are required to deliver an operational service
- Writing skills with the ability to present updates and contribute actively in team meetings
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise work within a high volume environment
- Collaborative team player, able to work effectively and efficiently on multiple transactions or assignments in a team environment
- Ability to recognise and handle sensitive/confidential information
- Ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues and internal customers
- Committed and flexible approach to work
- Resilient and open to feedback
**Desirable**
- CIPD Level 3
