**Role Overview**:

- Managing a high-quality litigated caseload, under supervision of the senior manager within a growing Bolton Office.

**Required Experience**:

- You will be an experienced Litigator / Litigation Executive with previous experience handling a litigated caseload
- Experience in Personal Injury Claims and/or Credit Hire & RTA claims is essential
