HR & Fleet Administrator
**Location**:
Head Office, Glasgow

**Job Type**:
Full time, permanent
**Hours**:
Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
**Salary**:
£22,000 to £25,000 per annum

**Benefits**:

Purpose of Role: *
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join us on a permanent basis to lead the management of the Company's Fleet system

*
In your new role, your key responsibilities will be: *
**HR**
- Support colleagues across the business regarding HR queries
- Draft HR letters using company templates
- Support with systems implementation (PeopleHR)
- Coordinate diaries to arrange meetings
- Support team members with various HR tasks

**Fleet**
- Complete driver background checks
- Order and arrange delivery of fuel cards
- Process leavers and return of equipment
- Ensure relevant procedures are followed
- Book in relevant maintenance / arrange courtesy vehicle
- Maintain database of vehicle users and registrations
