This role is crucial in fostering strong relationships with our customers and collaborating with various internal departments.

**How you will do it**
- ** Investigate and Resolve**: Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, from initial receipt through to resolution, ensuring all processes are followed and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- ** Build Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- ** Document and Report**: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, and provide regular reports on findings and resolutions.
- ** Prioritise and Manage**: Effectively manage your time and prioritise tasks to meet goals and deadlines, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service.

**What we are looking for**

- ** Time Management**: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- ** Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment is preferred.
