We are currently looking for a Programme Assistant for a large Public Sector organisation to support the ESG function on key initiatives on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

**Client Details**

Our client is a well established Public Sector organisation and are looking to recruit a Programme Assistant on a 12 month Fixed Term contract to work within their ESG team.

**Description**

The role of ESG Programme Assistant will involve;
- Assist with record-keeping and minute-taking
- Contact management via Salesforce
- Logging/ reporting of key activity in corporate tracker(s)
- Liaise with EAs to ensure efficient diary management
- Liaise with Finance on requisitions, purchase orders, new supplier forms, etc.
- Liaise with Comms in regards to potential 'external' (and/or new) suppliers (e.g translation/localisation services) Help update our stakeholder data base
- Help create/update presentations
- Help assist with report writing and updates including sourcing case studies such as for updates on SDGs
- Help with putting reports together liaising with our content production agency on the likes of images, reviews etc
- Resource management: (e.g. collation of brand-approved digital assets; ESG-focused image library, infographics etc)
- Additional materials for marketing collateral, e.g. for branded events, banners, invites etc.

**Profile**
- Knowledge of and experience in ESG and a related role is preferable, but not essential
- Self-starter - able to work independently and as part of a team. The role needs someone willing to roll their sleeves up and deliver what is needed
- Good general organisation and planning skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn with the enthusiasm to make a difference. A collegiate worker who is also able to assume responsibility for ensuring excellent delivery
- Strong communication skills, especially written communication
