Contract Co-ordinator

**Job Overview**:
- To provide a high level of contract support to the National Account Manager and colaboration with the customer
**Main Duties**
- Act as first level of escalation with the customer
- Attend monthly operational meetings with the customer and National Account Manager
- Take minutes and distribute to all parties
- Attend finance WIP review meetings
- Visit customer sites and develop relationship with the customers
- Provide weekly reports to the customer
- Provide the monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the customer and Account representatives
- Carry out weekly satisfaction surveys in colaboration with the customer
- Attend regular meetings with the National Account Manager to review contract performance
- Build close relationships with members at the TSOC
- Raise IT tickets for variations required in Maximo
- Deputise for the National Account Manager during periods of absence
- Provide a 'buddy up' system of support for other members of the contract support team
**What we are looking for**
- Good organisation and administration skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise at all levels using tact and diplomacy
- Enthusiastic with positive “can do” approach
- Work well during times of pressure
- Calm nature - even temperament
- A knowledge of the hard services and Facilities Management sectors is desirable but not essential
- High level of motivation
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Problem Solver
- Ability to multi-task
