**THE ROLE**

We have a great opportunity for someone to come and join our busy Marketing Team as a Junior Graphic Designer. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career further with a fast-paced Marketing department.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Being the brand guardian ensuring everyone within the business is accurately representing the brand.
- Taking the lead in ensuring all brand content is aligned with our brand values.
- Create in house content for use across our social channels alongside our Social Media team
- Devise and deliver original and exciting visual concepts.
- Ensuring that each project remains within scope and time
- Present final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colours, text, and layout, to internal stakeholders for their approval

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role (desired, but not essential)
- Creative thinker.
- Experience in the fashion industry would be desirable but not essential
- Keep up to date with design and multimedia trends and the latest developments in software tools.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Able to adapt, including shaping ideas to meet an internal stakeholder vision.
- Solid knowledge of design software, such as Illustrator and InDesign, and photo-editing packages, such as Photoshop
- Excellent teamworking skills to effectively build and maintain relationships and collaborate with other team members.
- A friendly and approachable people person
- A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Able to work well under pressure and to changing priorities

Pay: £20,538.00-£21,359.00 per year
