Junior Graphic Designer

Here at QUEST Personal Care Global, We are looking for a talented and creative **Junior Designer** to join our dynamic Design team. Working closely with one of our talented Senior Designers; you will have the opportunity to develop your skill set. From product ideation and conception, to production and marketing, you will help to convert our ideas into engaging and commercially-viable branding and packaging solutions.

Interest in the beauty industry, adaptability and eagerness to learn/develop, and the sort of person who communicates well and can work as part of a team will be key here

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Art working**:

- Converting product concepts into print ready artwork.
- Placing and proofing both EPD (existing product development artwork improvements), and NPD (new product development) artwork, ensuring that all artwork meets the appropriate brand guidelines.
- Approval of pre and post production samples.
- **Concept development**:

- Concept development is at the heart of everything we do; you will work closely with our Senior Designer, Marketing and NPD departments, to conceptualise products as briefed by our NPD Team. This will include a mix of NPD, EPD and Private label across multiple brands and beauty categories.
- **Marketing material**:

- Quarterly Look Book - a showcase of both our NPD and existing product ranges
- Sales decks - used by our sales team to present our latest concepts and launches to key customers
- Company marketing material - from business cards to exhibition graphics and internal communications.

**Desirable Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Keen interest and/or experience in the **beauty industry**:

- **Excellent attention to detail** with an ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- **Strong communication skills** and the ability to collaborate effectively and confidently across multiple teams and departments
- **Strong portfolio** with a focus on creative process.
- **Team player**, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do.
