**JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER**

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design, based in our Head Office in Manchester. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role requires an all-round designer who is able to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment.

To successfully drive all aspects of the Marketing Department, to work cross functionally, efficiently and to pro-actively & creatively provide the company with creative that enhances the corporate identity of the business.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help to develop the look and feel for high-visibility campaigns and digital content that can flex seamlessly across global territories. Collateral produced includes brochures, flyers, on-line materials for internal and external customers, Photoshopped imagery and off-line materials to support UK and International Sales Teams and packaging
- Execute designs, according to specifications and brand guidelines, under the oversight or direction of the Lead Designer
- Champion emotive and powerful creative work and continually push the boundaries
- To work to individual customer requirements and follow brand guidelines where necessary
- Action feedback to continually iterate and improve creative
- Withhold consistent look and feel of Searchlight Electric’s brand

KEY SKILLS
- A minimum of 1 years commercial experience
- A good understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite is essential, using Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Ability to build large form content including brochures, using relevant software or data merge
- Excellent Photoshop skills to build lifestyle imagery
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Ability to work on multiple and varied projects at any given time, often to tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas with other departments
- The ability to work quickly and accurately with excellent attention to detail
- Extremely well organised and able to respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities

No agencies. Role is based in our Head Office in Manchester. Salary based on experience. Package includes company pension, 24 days holiday, free parking.
