**Description**:
There is an opportunity to work within the Environmental Services section of the Development, Neighbourhoods & Regulatory Services Department as a Senior Environmental Services Technical Support Officer.

The role would include providing customer service and technical support on behalf of Waste Management, Fleet Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance and Street Cleansing services covering a range of technical activities.

**The main duties for this post will include**:
Liaising with customer services, other departments of the Council, their partners and customers

Allocating work to the Waste, Fleet, Grounds Maintenance & Street Cleansing Teams

The recording and reporting of information

Undertaking complex IT based tasks including the manipulation, presentation and analysis of data / information, producing reports as required.

Providing cover for the team as and when required including deputising for the Team Leader on occasion and when required.

Assisting with the planning, development, design, organisation and monitoring of support systems for the Environmental Services Team.
