Assistant Administration Manager

We are looking for someone to assist with the management of all aspects of administration work within the Properties Department.

**Job Overview**
As well as property administration, the department also deals with ensuring the company’s insurance and licensing objectives are met. You will be responsible for providing an effective administration function and will report to the Administration Manager whohas overall responsibility for the administration team.
No two days are the same, and you need to be able to think on your feet and deal with the unexpected. The department deals with a wide range of queries and is a strong but small team of 15 people, with 5 people directly reporting to you. You will act as theirprimary point of contact and will also be the day to day administration contact for our customers, other members of the department and also the wider company.
A background in administration is preferred, although a knowledge of property is not required, as full training will be provided.
