Receptionist/administrator

**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including basic bookkeeping using Xero.
- Support team members with various office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage a variety of administrative duties.
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, etc.).
- Prior experience in real estate or a similar customer-facing role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Xerois an advantage but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
