**The Role**:
We are looking for a friendly and professional **Receptionist** to join our team at our **Paisley office**. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and efficient front-of-house experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and visitors in person and on the phone
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting room bookings
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and supporting legal staff
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (legal or professional services preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Professional appearance and a courteous manner
