**The Role**

We are looking for someone to join our team to lead the provision in collecting, supporting and reporting destinations of our students across our partner contracts.

This role will involve **close attention to detail** and require the ability to **manage a high caseload of students**, as well as a willingness to trial creative solutions to challenges in an exciting period of growth for the company.

This role will _initially_ be offered on a **6-month Fixed Term Contract**, with the possibility of a permanent offer at the end of the contract, depending on performance.

This is a **remote role** with an expectation to attend our Birmingham office at least once a month to work collaboratively with the wider team. Should you prefer a more face-to-face role you would be welcome to spend more time in the office.

**Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate and lead on the collection of students destinations within set timescales.
- Support our students to access interviews and employment and to provide evidence of the outcome.
- Achieve monthly KPIs in securing required data from students
- Work with the Head of Academy and Data Team to develop reporting tools for student destinations.
- From time to time you may be required to support with tasks and duties outside of the main responsibilities listed here.

**It's essential that you have...**
- Prior experience in a student-facing role
- Experience using Microsoft 365 and AirTable
- An understanding of effective data management, analytics and reporting
- The ability to manage numerous workflows and priorities simultaneously
- A genuine passion to always look for efficiency improvements at every step of a process
- The desire to grow your skills, accreditations and qualifications through Continuing Professional Development

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
