Recruitment Adviser - Trainee Recruitment/Student Recruitment**

The overall purpose of the trainee recruitment team is to identify and attract the right talent in the market to Grant Thornton. We recruit acrossa number of programmes including graduate, school leaver, intern, placement, apprentice and work experience.

**A look into the role**

As a Resourcing Adviser within our Trainee Recruitment team, you will:

- You’ll have day to day relationships with our hiring managers, People Leads, interviewers and assessors and ensure they’re all engaged with trainee recruitment
- Provides excellent client service through responsiveness and delivery of stakeholder needs

**Knowing you’re right for us**

Joining us as a Resourcing Adviser the **minimum criteria **you’ll need is experience within trainee recruitment. It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along theway.
- Experienced in managing and delivering volume recruitment, ideally within trainee/student recruitment
- Confident in managing high volume pipelines and prioritising appropriately
- Comfortable juggling different tasks and balancing recruitment alongside projects
- Passion and focus for diversity and inclusion and doing the right thing
