As we add further expertise to our Chase de Vere proposition, we are recruiting a team of mortgage advisers to assist our medical, dental and private wealth clients with their mortgage requirements.

We are looking for mortgage advisers who thrive on making a positive impact on people’s lives. We work at pace but as one team.

**THE ROLE**:
You will provide professional mortgage and protection advice to clients from our long standing relationship with medical and dental partners as well as introductions from our existing private wealth clients.

You will be responsible for generating business by networking, responding to incoming enquiries, arranging client meetings and presenting the most appropriate mortgage advice for your clients.

You will be required to attend the Birmingham office once a month for team meetings.

- Compile accurate recommendations that reflect client requirements and meet our internal quality standards
- Maintain and ensure client information is kept up-to-date
- Strive to recognise new business opportunities
- Follow up on all enquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure on-going continuous professional development
- Always put your clients first

**EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:

- Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP)
- Proven track record of working as a Mortgage Adviser
- Be motivated and driven to exceed
