- ** 4 Days on, 4 days off, 4 Nights on, 4 Nights off.

**Environment:

- ** Call Logging, 1st Line Support, IT, Datacentre, Networks, SLA’s, Monitoring, Ticketing Systems.

Our client, a leading managed services provider is looking to expand their Global Service Desk with a 24/7 Shift based Service Co-ordinator.

**Day to day duties include:

- **

Call Logging and call handling being the single point of contact

Accurately using the trouble ticketing system

Dealing with work requests, validations and allocation

Monitoring critical systems and escalating incidents

Manage all open service requests within details SLA’s.

Create reports and documents aligned for service reviews.
