Brilliant opportunity for an experienced permanent recruiter, to head up your own division within a thriving, specialist firm. In this high-profile role, you will have full autonomy to grow and structure your team as you see fit. You will take over the managementof a team of recruiters on day one - and you'll be given full financial support and autonomy to grow it significantly.
A highly lucrative package is available for the right individual. You will have a P&L based bonus, with earning potential well into six figures. In addition, you will be joining a business that is scaling rapidly and an equity package is available in this role.
