We';re looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to join us on a 6-month Fixed Term Maternity cover.

You';ll have a solid understanding of marketing and communications disciplines and will be comfortable operating across digital marketing, social media channels, media relations and event coordination.

The role has scope for you to truly make your mark within a growing business.

**What you';ll be doing**:

- Manage the implementation of an integrated communications and marketing strategy
- Devise, engage stakeholders and deliver marketing campaigns that highlight and promote Arcus FM';s award-winning service and proposition.
- Manage multi-channel content for external communication channels and share content across internal communications
- Draft pro-active and reactive press releases
- Manage and respond appropriately to all external communication request and queries ensuring they are dealt with promptly and efficiently, providing a seamless service to users
- Promote Arcus'; brand identity and guidelines across the group including giving guidance to stakeholders on appropriate communication channels
- Support with managing our social media accounts and producing monthly stat reports
- Support third-party relationships to enable a focused programme of events to support both the communications and marketing strategy
- Provide effective event management for regular and ad hoc corporate stakeholder events
- Co-ordinate and attend CEO bi-monthly Town Halls events across the country.
- Strong attention to detail and planning capability is essential - creating and executing marketing plans for campaigns
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques including CMS tools for web-editing (WordPress) and knowledge of executing SEO and Paid Ad / Social campaigns
- Experience gained within copywriting and editing
- Exceptional stakeholder management experience
- Experience in delivering communications within a fast-paced, operational organisation.
- Experience in creating analytical reports
- Relevant degree or similar qualification preferred
- CIPR/CIM qualified preferred
- Marcomms experience in a similar size organisation/sector

Other details:

- Must be able to work flexibly, as determined by business requirements. The role may involve some overnight stays while supporting company events
- Must be able to travel to locations across UK when required
- Full UK driving licence required
- Support other teams within the business as required
