We currently have an amazing opportunity for an experienced reactive sales professional to join our highly successful team as a **Conference & Events Account Executive.**

You’ll be managing meetings and events enquiries efficiently across our 3 properties in Brighton;

**Your main responsibilities as Conference & Events Account Executive will include**:

- Effective diary management of all meeting space within the diary, ensuring all information, chase notes and revenue is correct.
- Working reactively on incoming business calls, conducting show rounds and actively working on telesales for new business.
- Responsible for the conversion and chasing of all conference and events business on the books.
- Develop and maintain relationships with direct bookers and booking agents and production houses.
- To identify other revenue streams from bookings through upselling and multiple event deals.
- A track record of achievement in a sales role, with strong evidence of exceeding targets within a high quality environment
- Strong knowledge of the local market and competitors
- Personality - customer facing presence, a rapport builder
- Calm and assured under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Takes personal responsibility for the delivery of the best outcome
- Well organised, methodical and structured in approach.
