The Vale of York Agency are a team who pride ourselves on putting the customer at the heart of everything we do and are looking for a high calibre individual to join our team in the York Office.

We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice who is sales focussed and has enthusiasm to build on the strong relationships we already hold with clients to support the growth of the agency. A can do, resilient attitude and the ability to deliver a great customer experience over the phone and communicate with a diverse range of clients.

The day to day role involves:

- Learning and implementing the fundamentals of client relationship management and the associated administrative processes undertaken in the agency
- Maintaining and servicing products and insurances for existing clients
- Driving new business sales for personal lines clients
- Identifying opportunities to cross sell a variety of general insurance, risk management and financial products to new and existing clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Outgoing and resilient personality and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong attention to detail and able to follow regulatory requirements
- Confident working with computers, experience with Microsoft Office is desirable.
- Willing to generate and develop new and existing business.

Please note you will be employed by an Agent of NFU Mutual and not by NFU Mutual directly.

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£16,000.00 per year
