**A bit about the role**:
A TRO Project Co-ordinator will be expected to support the wider team in the implementation of end-to-end projects as well as with administrative tasks. Main duties include:

- Working as part of a project team to ensure the smooth delivery of projects; assisting primarily with administrative tasks.
- Accurately responding to briefs and requests given to you by your project team.
- Preparing agendas, attending client meetings and writing contact reports as appropriate.
- Working with relevant teams (including logistics, creative, staffing, IT, finance) as directed by managers.
- Compiling post event reports with a focus on data.
- Maintaining internal systems and processes.
- Supporting with event staff bookings and management; including screening staff, devising rota's, briefing, sourcing uniforms and booking accommodation.
- Playing an active support role at live events.
- Running ad-hoc errands quickly and efficiently.
**A bit about what you'd bring: key skills and experience**:

- First class communication skills and an obvious passion for live events and experiential marketing is essential.
- Proven organisational skills along with solid IT skills (good knowledge of the Office Suite) are a must.
- Exceptional attention to detail is required.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role is a bonus but not essential - most important is the right attitude: can-do, passionate, ambitious, flexible and willing to get stuck in.
- Experience working in an office environment supporting with administrative tasks is however essential
