Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be assisting with the management of print and digital projects across the agency. Covering our whole portfolio, your role will be to ensure that clients, suppliers and internal teams are co-ordinated to deliverprojects to specification, on time and on budget. You will be responsible for helping with all aspects of project planning and delivery, communicating and liaising with all relevant parties and carrying out all administrative tasks.

**What skills and experience do I need?**
- Experience of managing multiple projects (timelines and costs)
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver results
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexible approach to resolve issues - ability to identify and suggest improvements
- Full valid driving licence

**The tough stuff?**
- Keeping on top of multiple projects at one time and having your finger on the pulse
- Making the numbers add up, understanding the commercials and keeping on top of costs
- Bringing everything together whilst balancing the expectations of our clients and suppliers

**Where will I be based?**

This full-time role will be based in our office in Norwich, with the opportunity for agile working after qualifying period.

**What’s the package?**
- Full time, Monday to Friday mainly but occasional out of hours working required
- Salary up to £22,000 depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off
