**The Role**: Trainee Compliance Co-Ordinator
An exciting opportunity for a Trainee Compliance Co-Ordinator to join PIB Groups Group Risk & Compliance team. The Trainee Compliance Coordinator will support the Group Regulatory Reporting Officer in coordinating the delivery of the Company’s regulatory reportingin accordance with the requirements of the FCA. They will also support the administration and management of the Company’s regulated firms and Senior Managers & Certification Regime and provide a platform to develop a career in risk and regulatory compliancein PIB through coaching, on-the-job training, and studying for relevant professional qualifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with colleagues across the Company to pull together and analyse the information needed to meet the regulatory reporting requirement of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) including RMARs, Competition & Markets Authority (CMA) annual returns, FCAAnnual Firm Details Reviews etc
- Submit regulatory reporting requirements within the relevant deadlines and ensure their accuracy
- Manage the Company’s FCA Senior Managers & Certification Regime approvals and removals processes
- Manage the Company’s FCA firm authorisation and de-authorisation process
- Assist with the Company’s AR approval and removals process
- Support the divisionalisation process for business acquired by the Company
- Manage/ administer the Company’s key GRC systems

**Experience & Skillset**:

- Minimum 3 ‘A’ levels grade C or above
- Experience in reviewing and interpreting information and communicating findings
- Track record of managing/ delivering multiple activities concurrently
- Experience engaging with different types of people from different backgrounds
- Knowledge of relevant regulation and regulatory reporting requirements and processes will be provided on the job

- IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite particularly Excel
