Our client is excited to say that due to accelerated growth over the last year, they are looking to recruit a CNC operator to support their rapidly growing business.

**About the role**
- Responsible for the management and operation of two Pegasus Opus CNC routers to cut HPL, acrylic and other products in our production facility.
- Responsible for basic inspection of parts to ensure the ongoing quality of batches.
- Manage workflow on the machine to maximise output without compromising quality.
- Ensure machined goods are cleaned and ready for assembly.
- Carry out quality control of parts being produced, checking for damage or scratches.
- Carry out regular maintenance on the CNC machine to ensure good working order, keeping maintenance records.
- Maintaining consistent satisfactory levels of housekeeping, keeping the work area clear and safe of any hazards and putting components away in the correct location.
- Assisting overall operations and performing duties as required by management.

- Ability to communicate well and establish good working relationships with colleagues.
- Good manual handling practice.
- Able to prioritise workload and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time-management abilities.

**Skills required**
- 2+ years experience in a similar role.
- Experience using Vectric VCarve Pro Software.
- Experience operating Pegasus ATC 2030 CNC Router advantageous.
