Shorterm Group are looking for a Workshop Supervisor in Berkshire.
Key Role Responsibilities:
*To lead and motivate our Laser Workshop.
*Overseeing our two Lasers.
*Responsible for Goods In/Out and arrange internal & external deliveries.
*Liaising with Production Staff to help and assist plan workflow. Making sure jobs are delivered on time.
*Stock Control and Management.
*Some elements of quality control - Parts should be checked prior (first off check).
*We are looking for someone who can work on your own initiative.
*Ensuring you and your team adhere to Health and Safety Requirements.
*Be able to read and Interpret Engineering drawings.
*Someone who is confident and can deal with internal and external stakeholders.
*Operating CNC laser machines (training available)
Parking available.
Overtime Available on a regular basis.
