**What you'll be doing?**:
Oregon Timber Frame (OTFE), one of the UK’s largest timber frame manufacturers are a division of Barratt Redrow PLC, Britain’s largest housebuilder, following an acquisition in 2019.
We specialise in the design, manufacture, supply and erection of structural timbers to all divisions across the Barratt Redrow Group.

**JOB OVERVIEW**
To assist the day-to-day office administrative duties, at our Derby factory.
**OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Raising of purchase orders using Oregon operating system
- Ensuring orders have been delivered on time and in full to factory - expedite where required
- Assist with order booking in and resolving any paperwork issues
- Factory stock checks and stock counts including assisting with month end stocktake
- Filing, record retention
**What you'll need?**:
**Essential**
- Good time management: Ability to prioritise workload in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral as you will have to deal with colleagues and suppliers
- Good numeracy skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Applications
- Team player with a “can do” attitude
**Desirable**
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Experience of Inventory management
- Ability to plan and manage workload
