**About the role**

We are excited to be recruiting the role of Workforce Planner. You will be part of the Patient Care Coordination (PCC) team, this role is critical in providing a timely, quality service that meets the needs of our patients and stakeholders. You will build and manage the Patient Care Advisors schedules retaining responsibility for end-to-end delivery (creation to on day delivery).

You’ll identify potential efficiencies and highlight service needs and/or gaps to the Planning team & wider PCC management. The aim is to provide assurance to our stakeholders, our patients, and our colleagues that we deliver quality and effective services, and that our personalised care systems and processes are best in class.

Reporting to the Senior Capacity Planning Manager, this is an opportunity for you to be at the heart of creating colleague engagement, developing a culture of continuous improvement as part of a high performing team, to make a massive difference and deliver at pace and in an ever-changing environment.

As a Workforce Planner you will provide considered and detailed reporting and commentary when required to support your decisions, share best practice, and drive efficiency. You will identify and manage service improvement activities in a proactive way, engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Above all, we’re looking for an individual who is passionate about delivery, focused on uncompromising quality, who can bring their skills to ensure that Patient Care Coordination contributes positively to Patient Experience.

Ideally you'll have
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly analytical and numerate.
- Understanding of the services we run
- Attention to detail, with high regard to data input and accountability.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of workforce planning tools.
