**Role Overview**
We are looking for a **Lettings Negotiator** to join our fantastic Homes & Communities division. This role will be responsible for letting properties within agreed targets, maximising A2Dominions return on investment & Private Rent brand.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage all lettings related enquiries in accordance with key service standards
- Organise and attend accompanied viewings, providing applicants with relevant property & lettings information
- Regularly appraise property portal performance; providing regular productivity & progress reports and maintaining accurate and up to date advertisements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with 3rd party agents, acting as main point of contact
- In accordance with key performance indicators take a lead role in the review of lettings and marketing activity
- Coordinate and carry out Home Demonstrations
- Support the delivery and handover of new properties into management
- Maintain accurate & update record and database information for all aspects of the lettings process
- Ensure A2Dominion guidelines are being followed according to the most recent government legislation

**More about you**
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A*- C)
- Previous experience of working in a lettings capacity
- Hold an understanding of Tenancy, Deposit & Lettings legislation
- Hold a Full UK Driving License and have access to your own vehicle
