As the Reward Partner - Remote you will be responsible for supporting Head of Reward in driving and delivering a range of reward initiatives and processes. You will contribute to defining, developing and evolving reward offer, its policies and practices.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of the Reward Partner - Remote based in Surrey will be to:

- Explore, evaluate, and implement opportunities to enhance our employee benefits programme
- Review and update reward policies, procedures and processes, engaging with key stakeholders, seeking approval to final documents and publish / communicate to the business
- Design and deliver material and briefings to HR colleagues and line managers on reward matters to enhance understanding and inform decision making
- Lead on elements of the reward communications plan and programme of events
- Maintain good working relationships with external providers so that benefits schemes and policies are appropriately delivered and service level agreements are met.
- Provide support to the design, planning, implementation and delivery of the annual pay review process for the whole business
- Benchmark salaries, ensuring consistency in approach, providing insights and additional analysis as required
- Lead on reward projects or defined activities from larger projects to meet the needs of the team and wider business

**Profile**
- Experience working in a reward/compensation and benefits role
- CIPD Level 5 - desirable
- Analytically, insights and reporting skills
- Policy and Project work
- Experience of salary benchmarking
- Good and confident communication skills
- Good facilitation and presentation skills
- Understanding and commitment to promoting EDI

**Job Offer**

On offer for the successful Reward Partner - Remote will be:

- Remote working available
- Monday to Friday, 35 hours
- Salary up to £40,000
- Parking on site available
