Project Manager - Total Rewards Shared Services 6 Month Temporary Contract Hybrid - 3 days per week at our Guildford Office About The Position The Project Manager - Total Rewards Shared Services (PM - TRSS) helps support the Total Rewards Centres of Excellence and employees globally. Based in Guildford, UK, this hybrid work schedule role (three days a week in office) is important to EA People Services Strategy, focusing on process improvement, automation, and enhancing the employee experience. The PM - TRSS reports to the Senior Manager, TRSS, and contributes to the team's goals. Responsibilities You will lead the review of EA's Benefits administration processes across multiple countries, identifying gaps and solutions. Assist us in collaborating with partners to implement improvements and identify gaps in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Romania, Netherlands, France, Italy, Czech Republic, and Germany. You will help us enhance process documentation with the TRSS team, clarify roles, and establish escalation processes. Facilitate additional transition of countries into TRSS support assisting us to, ensure a smooth transition and employee experience. You will provide bi-weekly updates and develop best practices with Benefits and People Partners. You will help us implement EA's new global benefits platform and expanding TRSS scope.
