**New Business Operations Manager - Consumer Motor Finance** **Chester** **CJ2672** - **This is a great opportunity to join a "customer first" business. The New Business role is key to support the redesign of the originations process and work with internal and external technology teams to build a scalable onboarding platform whilemanaging new business volumes and growth planned in the coming year. This role will be a key part of the senior management team and requires an an experienced manager. It will essentially be office based, although there is some flexibility here - however asit is a team management role, on-site will be required the majority of the time. Parking is available on site.**_ **The Role** The role of the New Business Operations Manager is to lead the new business team (of circa 10) in the onboarding of new customers, supporting the introducer base alongside the sales team. This is a critical stage in the customer journey and the last partof the car buying journey before the customer is able to receive their vehicle. Hours of work between Monday to Saturday, Sundays and bank holidays where required on a rota basis. **The Business** Our client is a Hire Purchase lender on vehicles introduced through third party brokers and dealers.is an introducer specialising in the near-prime customer segment. The business is currently a team of 100, all based in the same office and all key processesare completed internally. They are well established and are wholly owned by one of the largest privately owned businesses in the UK. **About You** Ability to work to tight and demanding timelines, analyse management information and suggest new initiatives, are essential. Good organisational skills, personal drive and self-motivation with a passion to be the best will be a critical factor in success.As will excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt written, verbal, and face-to-face skills for relevant audiences.
