Our Eating Disorders Service currently provides in-patient and out-patient care and is going through a transformation process with the expansion of clinical services and admin team support across sites in Warwick and Coventry to create exciting new opportunities for service delivery.
**Who we’re Seeking**: Applicants with admin experience to provide a secretarial service to clinical teams.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable with effective communication skills and who can build working relationships within a fast-paced environment. As well as being a team player, we seek applicants who can work autonomously and promote a flexible approach and strong work ethic to prioritise and multi-task.

The role includes supporting the Medical Secretarial staff and providing cover in their absence, as well as working flexibly to provide cross cover and cover for reception as necessary.
This role is based at site but can support home working on a flexible rota basis in line with service needs, for which equipment will be provided (NB a home wi-fi network is required with a confidential space to work in). Due to the service being spread over a number of sites across Coventry and Warwickshire, you may be required to travel to support delivery, for which travel expenses would be paid.
The service received an overall rating of Good by the CQC and an Outstanding for care and compassion of which we are rightly proud. We have also been recognised both locally and nationally by receiving awards for the services we provide.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

**Skills and Experience**: Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems is essential whilst training will be provided for in-house systems such as Carenotes, Tracking, etc.

**Please note**: Due to the service being spread over a number of sites across Coventry and Warwickshire, you may be required to travel to, or be based in, Coventry to support delivery.
