You take responsibility for the varied duties and tasks assigned to the role and ensure work is completed consistently, in a timely manner.

**What you will do**
- You will regularly patrol the accommodation ensuring our guests are safe and secure and ensure all health and safety requirements are met.
- You will be that friendly face at the true Hub providing a warm, friendly service to guests and taking a decisive and effective approach to handling any questions or concerns they may have.
- You are the first response to incidents and emergencies that may arise through the night
- You will handle any complaints or issues our guests have as they arise, to ensure a speedy resolve.
- Communication is key, you will provide a detailed shift handover for the oncoming team
- Team works important, you will assist with the cleaning of public areas and communal spaces to ensure they are immaculate and spaces are ready for the next day.
- You will demonstrate consistent compliance to true operational excellence standards

- You will have a flexible approach - working night shifts, and weekends is essential to the role
- Experience of working in a similar role is essential and experience of night shift work is advantageous

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Social distancing measures in place, hand sanitising stations and role specific procedures are in place to limit risk to guests and team members.
