Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Purchase Ledger processing invoices
- Reconciliation of weekly bank statements
- Scanning, matching, and entering invoices
- Downloading monthly Barclaycard and expenses
- Scanning and entering purchase expense invoices, ensuring they are coded correctly
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Supporting the finance team when required to ensure all finance tasks are completed when necessary
- Other ad hoc duties when needed
- Working to deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows packages
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills and be able to manage a busy workload independently
- Being able to work on your own as well as being a team player
