Teqniq is searching for a **Revenues Officer** to work in the public sector.

37 hours per week.

3 months contract.

08:30-17:00

Making arrangements to clear debts, chasing missed payments.

Accounts prior to and following the granting of Liability Orders.

Dealing with accounts at the Enforcement Agents.

Able to identify what action is required for each debt account.

Looking to move accounts to charging orders, bankruptcy’s and any actions allowable following the Liability Order.

Experience of Northgate systems essential.

IRRV qualification most desirable.

Good clear communication skills essential - both to listen, understand and explain complex issues.

Ability to work without much supervision.

Each day is a different day, taking calls from the public who are in debt to the Council, working through reports again in relation to debtors of Council Tax and Business Rates.
