The Sales Administrator is responsible for processing orders into the business system, and delivering excellent customer service by mail or by phone, providing accurate and prompt information to meet customer demands during the completion of their orders and will be located in Manchester.

**In this role, a typical day will look like**:

- Enters customer orders (phone, fax, or written) into the company’s order entry system.
- Handles incoming calls from internal and external customers.
- Check and releases various holds on: shipping, back order, duplicate orders, incomplete orders, large quantity and multiple holds.
- Assists with requests on pricing, shipping product availability, terms and conditions, and stock information.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Good verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Good computer skills
- 1 to 2 years experience in sales order administration and customer service
