**Ribby Hall Village is seeking an experienced marketeer who is looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role within our marketing department, supporting the team with marketing and advertising activity.**

- Strong content creator with a keen eye for design

- Demonstrate a high level of understanding of a range of marketing functions

- Integrity and the ability to deal with a number of projects at any time, prioritising workloads to meet challenging deadlines.
- A pro-active, energetic and self-motivated ideas person who enjoys multi-tasking.
- Enjoys working in a hands on, fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Build & maintain good relationships internally and externally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the design and implementation of successful marketing and PR programs, campaigns and print collateral
- Contribute to marketing and advertising strategies and plans
- Coordinate advertising including OOH, radio and magazine advertising
- Use data insights to track effectiveness of activity
- Work with marketing manager to ensure that department managers are equipped with all appropriate marketing materials and sales & promotional items
- Assist with identifying marketing and advertising opportunities
- Supporting our PR manager with adverting and print
- Supporting our seasonal themed events with marketing collateral
- Day-to-day marketing activities involving managing our in-house digital Point of Sales screens system and facilitate on-site POS schedules, managing our in-house print management system, and maintenance of files and systems
- Market research such as competitor analysis and keeping up to date with key trends

**Availability**:
The position is **full time and offers 40 hours, **5 days from 7.

**Salary**:
£23,000 per annum
