Our block management client list varies from small management companies with ten apartments, management companies with a few hundred properties, right through to large investment companies holding large property portfolios.

We are currently looking for an Experienced Property Administrator to work on our Helpdesk and manage the facilities and day to day maintenance of a residential and commercial portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:
2. General administration duties including raising purchase orders, taking minutes, writing letters, distributing budgets and service charge demands

3. Requesting quotes for planned and remedial works.

4. Dealing with leasehold pre-purchase enquiries and post completion requirements

5. Preparing agendas and papers for board and annual general meetings and attending such meetings when required

6. Maintaining up to date records with Companies House including registers of members, directors and Persons of Significant Control

7. Keeping our database up to date and the updating of electronic property records

8. Assisting with Section 20 Consultation and maintaining of accurate records

9. Reviewing and extracting information from various sources including the Land Registry and leases

10. Maintaining and updating records of correspondence and other communications exchanged with leaseholders or their solicitors.

11. Arranging maintenance and raising purchase orders as required

12. Assisting with the printing and distribution of purchase invoices

13. Co-ordinating access to properties and ensuring keys are signed in and returned in accordance with company policy

14. Any other duties which may be required.

15. Conducting Building checks as required

16. Responsible for monitoring PPM Schedules

**Skills and knowledge: Essential**
- Minimum of GCSE and A Levels or equivalent in English and Maths, with a result of C or above.
- Previous experience of the property sector
- A willingness to learn
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
- Polite and well presented
- Confident telephone manner
- Competent using standard Microsoft packages
- Able to work according to set procedures and follow instructions.
- Previous legal secretarial experience is desirable but not essential
- Basic understanding of leases and leasehold property is desirable but not essential
- Experience of working within a customer focused environment
- Any knowledge of management systems is an advantage

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year
