We're Hiring: Finance Administrator – Residential Property Management
We are looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator to join our property management team. If you have strong financial administration experience and enjoy working in with a team we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
• Managing service charge accounting, including budgets, reconciliations and year-end packs
• Carrying out credit control, issuing reminders and managing arrears
• Processing supplier invoices and handling invoice distribution to residents
• Maintaining accurate financial records in our property management systems
• Supporting property managers with financial reporting and queries
About You
• Experience in finance administration (property management experience is a plus)
• Strong numeracy, accuracy and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with residents, suppliers and internal colleagues
Location: Sheffield
